“The Water Carrier , a book by Robert Rouse, is a marvelous account … of the couple’s close friendship with Francis Brabazon from 1954. They were the typists and editors of Stay with God and when Francis was called as a mandali to India, the book tells us of constant communication of corrections from Francis and some from Baba. Their selfless lifetime of work was great to be part of. Lorna and Robert, once they moved to Avatar’s Abode, became way more than caretakers; they were loving and inclusive. Lorna continued to type most of Francis’ prolific work once he returned to Australia, along with May Lundquist. God speed dear Robert. “
